General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: October 2026

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern sales made on the VroomMoto website, accessible at vroommoto.fr.

They apply to all orders placed on the website by consumers.

By placing an order on the website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Seller Identification

The VroomMoto website is operated by:

Yassine Ebchi – Sole Trader
Trade name: VroomMoto
SIRET number: 981 332 976 00035

VroomMoto specialises in the online sale of motorcycle accessories and parts.

VAT

VroomMoto benefits from the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, VAT is not charged to the customers concerned.

The following statement appears on invoices where the VAT exemption scheme applies:

“VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code”

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer in connection with the sale of products offered on the VroomMoto website.

They apply to all orders placed on the website.

3. Products

VroomMoto mainly offers accessories and parts intended for motorcycles.

Each product is accompanied by a description presenting its main characteristics and the information available at the time of the order.

The photographs and illustrations on the website are intended to present the products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in appearance may occur.

Where necessary, customers are invited to check the compatibility of the product with their vehicle, particularly according to the motorcycle’s make, model, year and version.

If customers have any doubts regarding a product’s compatibility, they may contact customer service before placing an order.

4. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Some products are stocked and shipped directly by VroomMoto. Other products may be shipped directly by a supplier or logistics partner.

In the event that a product becomes exceptionally unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

The seller may then offer an appropriate solution, where possible, or refund the product concerned.

5. Prices

Product prices are displayed on the website at the time of the order.

The displayed prices correspond to the prices applicable when the order is confirmed.

Delivery is free of charge for orders delivered to areas covered by VroomMoto.

VroomMoto reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the customer confirms it.

6. Orders

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.

Before finally confirming the order, the customer may check the contents of their shopping cart, change quantities or remove products.

Final confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the obligation to pay the amount indicated.

An order confirmation is then sent to the email address provided by the customer.

VroomMoto reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, particularly in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or exceptional product unavailability.

7. Payment

Payment is due when the order is confirmed.

The available payment methods are those offered on the website at the time of the order.

Payments are processed through secure payment solutions.

VroomMoto does not retain the customer’s bank details when they are processed directly by a payment service provider.

8. Delivery

VroomMoto delivers its products in France and to European countries served by the website.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • France: 5 to 7 days;

  • Europe: 7 to 10 days.

Delivery is free of charge.

The stated delivery times are estimates and may exceptionally be affected by events beyond the seller’s control, including certain transport delays or exceptional events.

When an order contains several products that may be shipped separately, the products may be delivered in multiple parcels.

The seller remains responsible for the proper fulfilment of the order under the conditions set out in the applicable regulations.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, consumers have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

Where an order includes several products delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last product.

After informing VroomMoto of their decision to withdraw, the customer has an additional period of 14 days to return the product.

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal by contacting customer service at:

sav@vroommoto.fr

Customers may also use the standard withdrawal form provided to them.

The right of withdrawal is subject to certain statutory exceptions, particularly for certain products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, as well as categories of goods expressly excluded by the regulations.

10. Return Conditions

The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be processed and resold.

Customers may handle and examine the product to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for such examination and this handling results in a reduction in its value, VroomMoto may take this reduction into account when calculating the refund, within the limits provided for by the regulations.

Where possible, the product must be returned with its accessories, instructions and any other items supplied.

The absence of the original packaging alone cannot prevent the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Practical return arrangements are specified in the Return Policy available on the website.

11. Return Costs

VroomMoto covers return costs for returns covered by its return policy.

The arrangements for returning the product will be communicated to the customer by customer service.

12. Refunds

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, VroomMoto refunds the amounts paid by the customer in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The refund includes, in particular, the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered when the order was placed.

The refund is issued using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to use another payment method.

VroomMoto undertakes to issue the refund within a maximum of 5 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, subject to the legal provisions allowing the refund to be postponed until the product has been recovered or proof of shipment has been received.

13. Defective, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

Customers are invited to check their order as soon as it is received.

If a product is defective, damaged, does not conform to the order or the wrong product has been received, the customer must contact VroomMoto at:

sav@vroommoto.fr

Customers are invited to provide their order number and, if necessary, attach photographs or videos showing the problem.

Products benefit from the applicable statutory warranties, particularly the statutory warranty of conformity and the statutory warranty against hidden defects.

These warranties apply independently of any commercial return policy.

14. Statutory Warranties

In accordance with the applicable regulations, consumers benefit in particular from:

  • the statutory warranty of conformity;

  • the statutory warranty against hidden defects.

The statutory warranty of conformity applies under the conditions set out in Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

The statutory warranty against hidden defects applies under the conditions set out in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

No provision of these Terms and Conditions may have the effect of removing or limiting the statutory rights enjoyed by consumers.

15. Installation and Use of Parts and Accessories

Parts and accessories must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions where provided.

For parts that may affect vehicle safety, particularly components relating to braking, lighting, transmission or other safety systems, VroomMoto recommends having the installation carried out by a qualified professional when the customer does not have the necessary skills.

Customers must ensure that the product is compatible with their vehicle where compatibility depends on the vehicle’s specific characteristics.

16. Liability

VroomMoto shall not be held liable for damage resulting from use of a product contrary to its intended purpose, incorrect installation or modifications to the product made by the customer or a third party.

This limitation does not apply where VroomMoto’s liability arises under a statutory obligation or an applicable statutory warranty.

17. Intellectual Property

All elements appearing on the VroomMoto website, including texts, photographs, logos, illustrations, graphics and visual elements, are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or use of these elements is prohibited unless prior authorisation has been obtained from the relevant rights holder.

18. Personal Data

Personal data collected when orders are placed is processed in accordance with VroomMoto’s Privacy Policy.

Customers may consult this policy to learn about the procedures for collecting, using, storing and protecting their personal data.

19. Customer Service

For any questions, complaints or requests concerning an order, customers may contact VroomMoto:

Email: sav@vroommoto.fr

Customers are invited to provide their order number to facilitate the handling of their request.

20. Consumer Mediation

In the event of a dispute, customers must first contact VroomMoto in an attempt to find an amicable solution.

Before initiating legal proceedings, customers are invited to contact customer service in order to seek an amicable solution.

By confirming their order, customers acknowledge having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Customers also acknowledge having had the opportunity to check the contents of their order before final confirmation.
