Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: October 2026
1. Seller Identification
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales made through the VroomMoto website.
The website is operated by:
EBCHI Yassine
Sole trader – French micro-entrepreneur
SIRET number: 981 332 976 00035
Address: 55 Ter avenue Louis Walle, 94470 Boissy-Saint-Léger, France
Email: sav@vroommoto.fr
Telephone: +33 6 45 92 43 96
The business benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme for small businesses.
VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts).
2. Purpose
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer in connection with the online sale of products offered on the VroomMoto website.
They apply to all orders placed on the website by a consumer.
Placing an order implies the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are presented with their main characteristics and the information necessary for customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
The photographs and illustrations on the website are intended to present the products. Slight differences may occur between the images and the product actually delivered, particularly when the images are provided by manufacturers or suppliers.
VroomMoto endeavours to keep product information up to date.
4. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros.
Due to the VAT exemption scheme applicable to the seller, invoices include the following statement:
"VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code."
The prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time the order is confirmed.
Delivery is currently offered free of charge in Europe, subject to the conditions set out in the Shipping Policy.
5. Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.
Before finally confirming the order, the customer may check the contents of their shopping cart, modify quantities, or remove products.
The customer must then provide the information required for delivery and payment.
Final confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs and an obligation to pay.
An order confirmation is then sent to the email address provided by the customer when placing the order.
VroomMoto reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an exceptional issue, particularly if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or fraud is suspected. If payment has already been made, the corresponding amounts will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment for the order is made using the payment methods offered on the website at the time of ordering.
Payment is due when the order is confirmed.
The order is processed after payment has been confirmed.
Transactions are carried out through the secure payment solutions offered on the website.
VroomMoto does not retain the customer's complete banking details when they are processed directly by the payment service provider.
7. Delivery
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Deliveries are made only within Europe.
For items shipped from our stock, the carrier primarily used is Chronopost.
Some products may be shipped directly by our supplier. In this case, the supplier chooses the carrier suited to the order.
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
-
France: approximately 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
-
Europe: approximately 10 to 12 business days after dispatch
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending, in particular, on the carrier, destination, periods of high demand, or circumstances beyond the seller's control.
When a tracking number is available, it is provided to the customer.
Delivery is free of charge subject to the conditions indicated on the website.
8. Receipt of the Order
The customer must check the apparent condition of the parcel and product upon receipt.
If the parcel is visibly damaged, the customer is invited to make the necessary reservations with the carrier and contact VroomMoto as soon as possible.
If a product is damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the order, the customer must contact customer service so that the situation can be examined and an appropriate solution implemented.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision.
Where an order consists of several products delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last product.
Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must inform VroomMoto of their decision before the expiry of the 14-day period by sending a clear statement, in particular by email, to:
Customers may use the standard withdrawal form reproduced at the end of these T&Cs, although its use is not mandatory.
After exercising their right of withdrawal, customers have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Products must be returned in conditions that allow them to be resold, subject to the applicable rules concerning consumer liability for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
10. Return Costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal because the customer has changed their mind, the direct return shipping costs are covered by VroomMoto.
The customer must contact customer service beforehand to obtain the return instructions.
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, or a problem covered by the statutory guarantees, VroomMoto also covers the return shipping costs where the return is justified.
11. Refunds
When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, VroomMoto refunds the customer all amounts paid in respect of the relevant order, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The refund is made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date on which VroomMoto is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.
However, VroomMoto may defer the refund until the product has been received back or until the customer provides proof that the returned product has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.
12. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where provided for by law.
These may include products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised products.
Any specific request for modification, personalisation, or custom manufacturing will be subject to prior review.
Where a product is legally excluded from the right of withdrawal, this information will be communicated to the customer before the sale is concluded.
13. Statutory Guarantees
Consumer customers benefit from the statutory guarantees provided for under French law, in particular:
-
The statutory guarantee of conformity;
-
The statutory guarantee against hidden defects.
The statutory guarantee of conformity allows consumers to benefit from the rights provided for under Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code when the legal conditions are met.
Consumers may also invoke the guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions set out in Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
These statutory guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be offered by the manufacturer or seller.
For any request concerning a statutory guarantee, customers must contact:
14. Use of Products
Products sold by VroomMoto must be used in accordance with their intended purpose, their user instructions, and the manufacturer's recommendations.

Where professional installation is recommended by the manufacturer, customers must follow this recommendation.
VroomMoto cannot be held liable for improper use, incorrect installation, or modification of a product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, subject to the applicable statutory guarantees.
15. Intellectual Property
The elements on the VroomMoto website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, visual materials, and content, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where they belong to the seller or are used with the necessary authorisations.
Any unauthorised reproduction or use of these elements is prohibited.
16. Liability
VroomMoto cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of products, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations, within the limits permitted by law.
However, the seller's liability cannot be limited or excluded where the law requires the seller to be liable, particularly in respect of the statutory guarantees to which consumers are entitled.
17. Force Majeure
VroomMoto cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from an event reasonably beyond its control that meets the criteria for force majeure under French law.

Information concerning the collection, use, storage, and rights of individuals is detailed in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
19. Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer must first contact VroomMoto in order to seek an amicable solution.
After first submitting a written complaint and in accordance with the applicable legal conditions, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator responsible for the seller.
